Start your first run

Choose a world size, a difficulty and a maths level, start a run and learn what the field is telling you.

Start the game

Open the package folder and run number-mayhem.exe, or open the browser edition. Press ENTER on the title screen.

Choose a world size, difficulty and maths level

UP/DOWN or 1-5 picks the world size (Tiny to Max). LEFT/RIGHT picks the difficulty; A/D picks the maths level (Level 1, 2 or 3). ENTER starts the run.

Type what falls

Type the answer with the digit keys; it fires the moment it matches an item on screen. The gold frame shows the item your digits would fire at. BACKSPACE corrects; type the minus first for a negative answer.

Watch the health rail

Every item or conga member that reaches the ground costs health. Answering and popping conga lines restores some, depending on the difficulty.

Confirm the result

At Level 100 a Free run finishes with the completion screen. Your score enters the Top 1000 table of that world size and difficulty.
