Website and purchase terms

1. Website use

You may use this website for lawful evaluation, download, purchase and support purposes. Do not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that impairs service, impersonate another person, or misrepresent NourForge content.

2. Product information

We aim to keep descriptions, authentic screenshots, requirements, Free limits and prices accurate. Application capabilities may change through updates. The current product page, checkout summary, software licence agreement and refund policy form the relevant pre-purchase information.

3. Availability and corrections

A listed product, download or checkout may be paused for signing, security, maintenance, legal or configuration review. If a price or product mapping is incorrect, NourForge may stop selling until corrected. Nothing permits charging more than the amount you expressly approve at checkout.

4. Prices, GST and unavoidable charges

Public launch prices are displayed as a single amount in Australian dollars (AUD). NourForge is not currently registered for GST and does not add a GST component. Any unavoidable charge controlled by NourForge will be included or clearly disclosed before purchase. Optional bank, currency-conversion or payment-provider charges outside NourForge’s control may be governed by your provider.

5. Checkout and payment

Checkout is processed by Stripe. Review the selected product, included applications, total amount, currency and payer details before authorising payment. A purchase is complete only when payment is accepted and confirmation is issued. Do not close or repeatedly submit a checkout while its result is uncertain; contact support with the request or order reference.

6. Digital delivery and licence keys

Delivery may include an email receipt, licence key or access record. Keep these private and check spam or filtered mail if expected delivery does not arrive. A licence unlocks only the product or products listed in the purchased offer.

7. Free downloads and signed files

Free editions may be downloaded without purchase or account. Installer availability, version, file size and SHA-256 are published on the Downloads page. SHA-256 checking is optional. Code signing and a published hash support provenance checks but do not remove the need to keep backups and follow product warnings.

8. Intellectual property

Website text, original graphics, branding and NourForge software are owned by NourForge or used under licence. You may view and make ordinary personal-use browser copies, but may not republish substantial content, remove notices or imply endorsement without permission. Product use is governed by the software licence agreement.

9. User feedback

Feedback and feature requests are welcome. You keep ownership of original material you submit. You give NourForge permission to use non-confidential ideas and suggestions to evaluate and improve products without an obligation to implement or compensate for them. Do not submit another person’s confidential or proprietary material.

10. External services and links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or product dependencies. Their content, availability, security and terms are controlled by their operators. This does not imply endorsement, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Security reports

Report a suspected NourForge security issue privately to support with enough non-destructive detail to investigate. Do not access other users’ data, disrupt services, publicly disclose an unremediated vulnerability, demand payment through threats, or exceed lawful authority.

12. Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NourForge is not responsible for loss caused by unlawful use, ignored warnings, absent backups, third-party systems or events beyond reasonable control.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to mandatory laws that apply to you. Contact support first so a concern can be investigated in good faith. This does not prevent access to a regulator, tribunal or court where entitled.

14. Changes

These terms may be updated. The effective and last-updated dates identify the published version. Material purchase terms that applied when you purchased are not silently replaced to remove accrued rights.

15. Trade marks

NOURFORGE™ and LETTER MAYHEM™ are trade marks of James Nour; an application to register LETTER MAYHEM has been filed. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.
